It was the first time in more than ten (10) years that I was able to spend my birthday with my mom...that made it even better!!!

This is August 29, 2009... Momma is a week away from delivery! Thanks Lucia, and everyone in my Masters class for making it such a nice day, even though it was the first day of class and we were there on SATURDAY from 8am to 5pm... not my first choice of ways to spend my 30th birthday!
