Our family...thus far.

Here is Daddy with the kids. The blonde is Nikki (female) and spots is Pio (male). Pio is the oldest and we just recently adopted Nikki from a friend. We either needed to send Pio away or find him a playmate... so as if we didn't have enough on our plate right now, we found him a girlfriend! Daddy is playing nicely with our kids...Now, here is Momma... and for some reason the kids are not as calm with her...could be that she is 8 months pregnant.
She tries to get them to calm down...Ok, now that they are coralled, Momma likes them better! hahaha

Honduras beats Costa Rica 4-0

Viva Honduras! The score should have actually been 6-0, Honduras... but the Mexican referee called back the first two (2) goals... Now, I am not saying it has anything to do with the fact that he is Mexican, but maybe...just maybe it does!
Here we are at Las Tejitas, our usual hang out for watching Soccer!

And here are some of our crazy friends!!

Mrs. Argüello's first day of school.

This is the first year I am "Mrs. Argüello"... It is a little funny when I say it, but surprisingly, I answer every time the kids say it. It's funny introducing myself to parents...sometimes I get a little confused. I am sure they think I'm a little weird or nervous when I stumble over my own name. Oh well, I will get better as time goes by!
This is also my first year at the American School. AND my first year to be on leave to have my first kid...I guess this is just the year for "firsts". I have a really great group of kids and I will be happy to get back to them. After my year off, I am really glad to be back in the classroom. AND I am the luckiest mom in the world. The nursery where H.D. will be is literally just down the hall.

When a man (I mean, my man) tries to load a car...

This is my wonderful hubby trying to get all the groceries into the car after the "new administration" took over! The new administration being ME! Now that I am in charge of grocery buying we have more "in stock" at home on a regular basis! Notice I used the word trying... this was about a 20 minute process in which I was not allowed to help, b/c (just like a man) he said, "No, I can do it myself!" And, 20 minutes later, I must say it was done, and with no broken eggs I might add...good job, Honey!

Happy Birthday Papá-Hernán...I think he is 25, again!

Here we are at Celly and Mauricio's house for a family dinner to celebrate Papá-Hernán's birthday. I am the giant with the green shirt! hahaha I would like to think I look so big just because I am a bit closer to the camera...but, I think that is just how I look these days! Anyway, "feliz cumpleaños, Papá-Hernán!"
